In an effort to reach as many people as possible, we’re offering a limited number of FieldKit stations in a phased pre-sale, outlined here. Pre-sale 1 orders have been processed, but it may take 3-4 weeks to get every order out of the door and shipped to you. Please bear with us as we become logistics experts!

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer domestic shipping at a variety of speeds via USPS and FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Tracking will be emailed at time of shipment for any service that offers it.

International Shipping
We’re a small team with a big mission. We truly believe that FieldKits are for everyone. While we’re currently only offering our pre-sale within the US, our goal is to eventually be able to ship FieldKits to you wherever you are in the world. We’ll be expanding our availability to other countries as soon as we can. FieldKit Returns
We hope you love your FieldKit, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Our Policy
We build FieldKits to be used in the real world, and we know that they’ll end up getting wet and muddy and occasionally stepped on by an elephant.
We don’t want your projects to be limited by equipment worries, which is why we will repair or replace your FieldKit hardware in the event it becomes damaged or defective. This includes the boards, the FieldKit case, and anything else that we manufacture ourselves, within one year of purchase. This doesn’t cover loss, theft, intentional damage, or any cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance, but otherwise, you are covered.
To initiate a return, either create a help ticket using the blue widget at the bottom right, or email returns@54.188.213.116. Please include your name, order number and the reason for your return. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Recycling
In an effort to reduce the amount of trash in our ecosystem, we offer a recycle credit for any FieldKit product that you return to us to safely dispose of. Return your old FieldKit to us, and receive 15% off your next purchase, no matter what condition it’s in. Visit fieldkit.org/recycle to get started.
Exceptions
We are unable to accept returns on batteries. Please safely dispose of old batteries in accordance with your local laws.
Probes are fragile and often have an expiration date, so we are not currently able to accept returns on most probes. We’ve prepared some documentation on how best to care for your probes and minimize risk to them:
